Group FitVness Class & Aerobics Classes Descriptions:

Kickboxing: Kickboxing classes incorporate the art of Mixed Martial Arts unmatched skills for standing combat with an intense, 800 calorie-per-hour, fat bruning cardio workout. Fighting techniques focus on strikes with hands, feet, elbows, knees, blocking and take-downs while you slim down, get toned and build endurance.

Lotus Flow Yoga:  Blending many styles including Hatha, Kundalini, and traditional Asthanga-Vinyasa. This form of yoga challenges the limits of the body and the mind while synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures & asanas. Results are improved circulation, a tight and tone body and a quiet mind.

Pilates Fitness: Classical Mat Pilates is a series of floor exercises using your own body weight and resistance.  These movements are designed to improve circulation, breathing,  posture, body awareness, and core strength.for all major muscle groups emphasizing conditioning, form and posture.

Silver Sneakers® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles & a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.A chair used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers® Cardio Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretchin, and relaxation exercises

Sit Fit Yoga: Move your whole body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chairs provide support for various postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Breathing exercies and a relaxation period reduce stress and improve mental clarity.

Silver Fitness: Low impact fitness fused with cardio, circuit training, yoga, pilates and dance. Light  weights and other props are encouraged. Goal: improve strength and increase range of motion. Intensity can be modified based on class level. Results: increased heart rate, improved circulation, tone and lean body

Sculpt & Tone:  The ultimate class designed to strengthen and sculpt every muscle from head to toe. If you are looking to tone and tighten or even bulk up, this class will help find a stronger you.

Zumba Dance®: Zumba is a fusion of body sculption movements with easy to follow dance steps to the tune of Latin and International music. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning
